Help with StoryLoom on iPhone, iPad, Android and the web.
Tell us the email address you sign in with, and what you were doing when something went wrong.
Signing in
- Sign in with Apple, with Google, or with a six-digit code we email you. There is no password.
- A code works once and expires after 10 minutes. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam or junk folder, then ask for a new one.
- Signing in with Apple or Google using the same email address as an existing account opens that same account.
- StoryLoom is for adults: you'll be asked for your date of birth once, and you must be 18 or over.
Deleting your account
- In the app: Menu → My Account → Delete account.
- On the web: open the menu, choose your account, then Delete account.
- You can change your mind for 5 days: signing in again restores the account. After that, it and its stories are erased.
- If you signed in with Apple, deleting your account also removes StoryLoom from your Apple ID's Sign in with Apple list.
- Deleting stops renewals of plans bought on the web or on Google Play. A subscription bought through the App Store can only be cancelled by you, in your Apple ID's subscription settings.
- Without the app, or for what is kept afterwards and for how long: Deleting your account.
Plans, purchases and refunds
- Plans and prices: Pricing. Refunds: Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- To cancel a subscription bought in the iPhone or iPad app: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Bought on Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Bought on the web: your account → Manage billing.
Reporting a story
Every shared story has a Report button. Reports are reviewed by a person, and a story that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy is taken down. You can also email us.
